Delete Your Spaoun Account
Instructions for permanent account and data deletion.
Account Deletion Overview
At Spaoun, we respect your right to manage and permanently remove your personal data and uploaded 3D files. You can request account deletion at any time directly through the mobile application or by submitting an email request to our support team.
Option 1: In the Spaoun Mobile App (Recommended)
Navigation Path:
- Open the Spaoun app on your device.
- Navigate to your profile screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
- Tap on Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Delete Account.
- Review the data removal notice and confirm your deletion request.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email / Web
If you have already uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can request manual deletion by emailing our team:
- Send an email to contact@spaoun.com with the subject "Spaoun Account Deletion Request".
- Please send the request from the email address registered with your Spaoun account to verify your identity.
- Our team will confirm your request and permanently wipe your account within 30 days.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your deletion is processed, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases and storage:
- Profile Information: Name, username, email address, avatar, bio, and social links.
- Personal 3D Library: All uploaded 3D files (STL, OBJ, GLB, 3MF) stored in your personal cloud library.
- Public Contributions: Community model uploads, descriptions, tags, and photos of prints.
- Social Interactions: Follows, likes, comments, and direct message history.
Grace Period & Cancellation
When initiated, your account enters a 30-day pending deletion grace period. If you change your mind or initiated the deletion accidentally, simply log back into your Spaoun account before 30 days have elapsed to cancel the deletion.
After 30 days, your data is completely and irreversibly wiped, except for minimal transactional logs required for legal, accounting, or security obligations as specified in our Privacy Policy.
