This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use the Spaoun mobile application, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, display name, profile photo, and password hash.
• 3D Model Uploads & Metadata: When you upload models (STL, OBJ, GLB, 3MF), we store the geometry files, preview thumbnails, file sizes, triangle counts, descriptions, and user tags.
• Social Interactions: Comments, likes, follows, collections, and messages sent within the community.
• Technical & Device Data: Device model, operating system version, browser type, crash logs, and performance metrics.

3. 3D Model Intellectual Property & Rights

You retain all ownership and copyright to the 3D models you upload to Spaoun.

By uploading a model, you grant Spaoun only the limited, worldwide license necessary to host, render in 3D, generate thumbnails, and distribute the files to other users according to the licensing options (e.g., Creative Commons, Standard Digital, Commercial) you choose upon publishing.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the 3D rendering engine and platform features.
• To manage your personal 3D library and file downloads.
• To facilitate community interactions, notifications, and follower updates.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, copyright infringements, and security breaches.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account and all associated 3D models at any time by following the instructions in our Account Deletion Guide.

Upon initiating account deletion, an automatic 30-day grace period is provided. After 30 days, your data is permanently purged from active databases.
