By accessing or using the Spaoun website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Spaoun. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. 3D Model Content & Licensing

Creators retain ownership of the 3D models, textures, animations, and descriptions they upload to Spaoun.

• You warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights or licenses for any 3D asset you upload.
• You may not upload models that infringe upon third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or design patents.
• Users downloading models must adhere strictly to the creator's designated license (e.g., Non-Commercial, Attribution, Commercial).

4. 3D Printing & Physical Fabrication Disclaimer

Spaoun provides digital 3D model files "as is". We do not manufacture physical items, nor do we guarantee that any uploaded 3D file will print successfully or be safe for load-bearing, medical, food-contact, or safety-critical applications.

You assume full responsibility for inspecting model scale, tolerances, infill, and material suitability prior to manufacturing or 3D printing.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading weapon schematics, dangerous items, or illegal content.
• Scraping or harvesting 3D models from the platform using automated bots without authorization.
• Harassing, abusing, or impersonating other creators or staff members.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in copyright infringement without prior notice.
